Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original tags, accessories, manuals, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at jindalanmol28@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the product.

Return Shipping

The customer is required to ship the product back to our return address at their own expense.

Once we receive the returned product, inspect it, and confirm that it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will reimburse the customer's return shipping charges along with the approved refund. To claim the shipping reimbursement, the customer must share the courier receipt or shipping invoice as proof of the shipping cost.

Please do not send any product back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
